Terms of Service

Everlens is a disposable camera for events. A host creates an event and shares a QR code; guests open a lightweight camera (an App Clip on iPhone, or the web on other devices) and take photos without installing anything. Photos are collected and shown together when the host reveals them.

Hosts can sign in with Apple or continue in guest mode. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. Guests join anonymously and need no account.

Creating an event can be free or a one-time purchase, depending on the package you choose (for example, a higher guest limit). Purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase and are governed by Apple’s terms and refund policy. They are one-time purchases, not subscriptions.

You keep all rights to the photos you capture. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display them solely to provide the service to you and the other participants of your event. You are responsible for the content you capture and upload, and for having the consent of people who appear in your photos where the law requires it.

Everlens has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not capture, upload, or share content that:

• is unlawful, or sexualises or endangers minors;
• is pornographic, hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent;
• infringes anyone’s rights, or depicts identifiable people without the consent the law requires;
• is spam, malware, or otherwise harmful.

Violating this is grounds for immediate removal of the content and termination of access.

You can report objectionable content or abusive behaviour at any time by emailing manu.check24@gmail.com. We review reports and act on objectionable content — removing it and ejecting the user who provided it — within 24 hours. Hosts also control their own event and can remove photos and guests from it.

We may remove content, suspend events, or disable accounts that violate these terms or the law, with or without notice where necessary to protect users.

We work to keep Everlens running but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties. Events and reveals depend on network connectivity and on Apple’s and our providers’ services.

To the extent permitted by law, Wizard Dynamics is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost photos or data beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for intent or gross negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection law).

You can stop using Everlens at any time and delete your events and account. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you live.
